做這個軸承銷售工作整整三個半月了。今天在這十月的最后一天最后一個時刻,對自己工作做個總結,回顧歷史,吸取經驗教訓,做好以后的工作。
從七月十五號我進這個工廠,自己就顯得有些急躁,電腦老是掉線,注冊個網站要注冊好幾遍,不過這個時候自己是努力的,很想多注冊一些免費平臺,多個渠道找客戶。期間自己也對軸承做了大概的了解工作,除了軸承行業的發展和現狀外,還包括軸承的分類和代號等。另外在上班之外的時間,自己也把公司的樣本做了詳細一遍的學習,知道公司生產產品的品種和范圍,還把樣本里面的英文自己也看了一遍,算是對自己在行業相關英語方面的學習吧。其中發現了一點錯誤,好在錯誤不大,當然也是常見的,或許我吹毛求疵了一些,還是覺得不夠完美。我太追求完美了。這個時期,我覺得欠缺的還是系統的記憶和鞏固吧。因為,之后,自己加的軸承群等,出現一些詢價的,那些軸承型號很多很怪異,有時候自己記不住是哪一類的,有些知道是哪一類的又看不懂后面帶的符號的意思。感覺自己知道的怎么還是那么少。
平臺注冊多了,就發現一些問題,有些平臺不是會員不能發布產品信息。有些注冊的時候,地區選擇里面根本就沒有中國。對于這一類不能用或者不好用的網站,就摒棄掉了,不再用了。而且,我發現這些網站也很煩人的,只要在他們網站上注冊信息,就會收到廣告電話。這個階段,我選取了幾個比較好用的網站。每天不至于很沒有目的。這些網站有專門的國外貿易平臺,也有我國的外貿平臺,當然,都是免費會員。免費會員能看到的信息很少,不過,長期下來也積攢了一些,有給他們發郵件,但是都沒有回音,石沉大海了。不過,想想也很正常,我們自己公司收到廣告郵件不也是不會回的。自己也在一些平臺的論壇里學習一些外貿知識。與其說學習,不如說是鞏固知識。有時候自己也可以用學過的理論回答一些問題,幫助能幫助的人。這樣做不但自己的知識可以和他們實際工作中遇到的問題結合起來,也可以賺取一些網絡虛擬金錢,可以設置簽名什么的,這樣,以后走遍論壇到處都會有公司的足跡了,是一種活的、會動的宣傳吧。其中有段時間收到的詢價還是較多的,不知道為什么都是下班以后,通常是在下午六點以后。要求報價的,我就說等到第二天經理來了,盡快給他報價。但是客戶也會問一些專業性的東西,不回答吧,覺得不專業,回答吧,回答錯了更不專業了。此時覺得自己其實什么都不會,報價不會,產品知識根本不知道要學些)作文迷○www..cn(什么才是很實用的。急啊。

九月底到現在,工廠似乎都有點忙。其中兩批貨是我去商檢局辦理的報檢,我覺得我盡量地提高效率和減少經費了。去的時候自己先審單了,覺得有個單據有點問題,應該打上目的港的,不應該只打個目的國。我提了一下把這個單據改一改,可是小宋說沒關系的,大不了回來再弄。覺得有點不妥,但是既然這么說了,我就去試試運氣吧,但愿能過。好在這個單據可以通過。但是其他單據有一個問題,要回來改單。自己就抓緊時間趕回工廠了,很趕時間,不想在外面吃,會產生浪費的?;貋砀牧藛?,下午趕去,機電科薛科長不在,薛科長的同事要我把單子放在薛科長桌子上,第二天給科長打個電話約定檢驗時間就可以了。為了保險起見,我又去報檢行問了一下,薛科長不在,把單據放在桌子上了,然后要做什么。報檢行也是一樣的意見。自己很放心地回工廠??墒切∷握f不要打電話了,打電話約檢驗時間,自己給自己找麻煩。結果這事拖了一個星期,后來還是打電話了,才知道要拍照片,發送過去什么的??偹闵虣z的事情弄妥了。都怪自己不夠堅持。事后想想,自己也是肯定這件事情是應該的和對的,即使有反對意見也要去做的,也要去做的。也許產生的好結果會被認為理所應當,那也算是沒有耽誤工作上的事情。
之后一直都很不順利,以前即時聊天工具上的關系好的軸承代理商突然斷了聯系,以前還幫過我怎么找國內客戶。而且自己的事情很多,錢包丟了,還別人錢,去醫院什么的。而且,漸漸覺查出來自己的人際關系方面出現了很大問題,誤會啊什么的很多。感覺講也講不清了,很早都出現的問題,現在才知道,感覺自己太后知后覺了。對我工作影響很大。生活漸漸理順了,但是工作卻亂成麻了。自己盡量以平常心對待的,覺得似乎應該做好自己的事情就可以了,所以我這個期間還是在自己的商業博客上寫信息,增加博客瀏覽量,提高公司的知名度。
可是后來才知道,不是自己做好了就可以的,要表現出來給大家看到。要不然,還是什么都沒有做,什么都沒有干。說的人多了,就會有人當成事實的。這是不可否定的定律。感覺有點冤屈,不過也都怪我沒有出什么成果。在摸索和經歷中慢慢成長,如果實習這一年注定是狂風驟雨,那么請讓它來得更猛烈些吧。

20__年是“十二五”規劃的開局之年,是總結“十一五”經驗,實現“十二五”規劃良好開端,推進20__年工作目標任務的順利完成,積極推動我院“促和諧,謀發展”活動的開展及階段成果的總結。20__年對檢測業務部來說,也是不平凡的一年,職能整合、業務范圍擴大、人員擴充,根據本部門20__年職能整合后的工作目標要求和本部門目標任務,將認真總結全年各項工作,對全年工作目標任務完成情況進行分解、檢查、分析,找出差距和存在的問題以及解決問題的舉措,以達到提高、完善,對正確合理、謀劃安排20__年工作有著十分重要的意義和促進作用?,F從幾個大方面將20__年工作客觀全面的回顧總結如下:
一、明確職能,統一思想,加強團隊建設
由于職能整合業務擴展,本年度部門人員增至21人,年輕人員占大多數,如何發揮老同志的作用挖掘年輕人的潛能,使部門更加凝聚和諧,是我們本年度工作重要部分。根據院里倡導構建和諧團隊,增強團隊意識,發揮團隊作用的精神,認識到:團隊是大局意識、協作精神和服務精神的集中體現,反映和體現的是團隊的向心力、凝聚力。通過構建和諧團隊,提升以人為本的思想,促進人的全面發展能力,創造平等、互助、友愛的氛圍,實現人的和諧和協調。在部門形成構建和諧團隊理念,在院里抓建設的同時,我們也注重加強團隊建設和文化建設,使部門每一位同志有核心、有自主、有潛能的發揮各自作用,在部門形成凝聚和諧、奮發向上的氣勢,以愉快的心情、快樂的工作狀態圓滿完成各自任務。通過各種形式,統一思想,明確職能和工作目標。具體采取以下方式:
1、 通過全室會議,及時傳達上級及院里各項精神和任務。認清形勢,統一思想,明確職能。根據20__年工作要點目標,進行任務分解,分工明確、責任到人,定期強調、整頓、調整。根據院考核細則和職能的調整,重新制定本部門的考核辦法,使制度更加細化,管理更加到位。
2、 根據業務整合和人員調整,在部門實行分級管理。通過每月的小組匯報會和定期的組長溝通會,了解各組工作情況和存在的問題,及時采取措施,充分體現一盤棋思想和組長作用,形成部門和諧氛圍。使大家在感到壓力的同時增強動力和自信,增強向心力、責任心、 執行力,根據個人角色轉變觀念,不斷創新,盡職盡責,學習氛圍和工作氣氛融洽和諧,內部團結一致,新老搭配,相互配合,為圓滿完成20__年工作目標勤奮努力。
3、為實現制度與文化的對接,體現部門文化,倡導員工的信仰和夢想,組成青年團隊,由大家推薦選出青年代表,負責青年人的活動策劃與組織實施。在年輕人中開展“假如我是服務明星”活動,通過開展服務格言展示、“5.20”活動現場服務、服務明星評比、北京標準送檢體驗“我是用戶”和現場考察學習(先后派四人前去北京送檢學習,體會自己是用戶的感受和學習體會,在年輕人之間展開討論,做專題匯報、“事業與人生發展”主題演講比賽、慶“七一‘演唱活動、業務知識培訓考試、業務技能培訓演示、院羽毛球和室里組織的乒乓球比賽以及院里組織先進到中測院學習考察等活動。通過這些活動,充分發揮部門文化的滲透作用,促進文化與業務管理的有機結合,為構建和諧團隊形成凝聚、向心起到良好的促進和激勵作用。
4、作為部門負責人和帶頭人,配合協調。做到管好人、用好人、培養人、鍛煉人。充分管理、使用、培養、鍛煉各組長,給他們發展空間,發揮他們的作用,各組配合協調,出現彼此相互理解,產生彼此的支持和配合。通過產生的組織合力,創造高效的管理和高質量的服務。
通過以上形式增強同心協力的意識,創造了共同奉獻的團隊核心,激發了團隊的工作動力和奉獻精神,整個團隊呈現齊心向上的動力和活力。
二、完善管理機制,規范管理程序
在整合后的業務全覆蓋、業務統一管理的思想指導下,如何做好更深層次的管理工作,使管理取得實效,做到:制度管理、業務管理上水平、上效率;證書管理、科技信息管理上層次、上創新;不斷豐富管理內容,全面提升管理理念,促進管理的高效和實效。具體體現:
1、完善管理機制
依照院里制度框架體系,在原有的制度框架體系下,嚴格制度管理體系,健全管理制度,高標準嚴要求,堅持“以制度管人,以流程管事”的原則,根據部門的職能整合和人員的調整,結合本部門的性質和業務進行規范化的完善和創新。先后認真系統地梳理了部門的各項制度,根據部門的工作實際,制定分工制度、考核辦法、考勤制度、安全制度、溝通匯報制度等,劃清了管理界面,形成“邊實踐、邊摸索、邊總結、邊完善、邊創新”的原則開展制度建設。從而完善各項管理制度,對規范管理起到促進和制約作用,從而使制度化管理提高到一個新的水平。
2、規范管理程序
根據管理流程等方面的要求,實現了動態管理、持續改進和閉環管理。將全院業務納入統一管理,初步搭建了綜合型的“大收發”格局;對原有流程進行梳理,實行閉環式監督管理:
1)、為隨時掌握業務發展動態,做好業務統計分析,制訂了業務統計暫行管理辦法,依托數字技術和管理程序,對全院業務分月、季度、年中、年終進行統計分析,為及時全面掌握全院業務提供可靠數據,在業務管理方面起到了掌控和監督作用。
2)、為嚴格管理現場檢校業務,制訂了出檢管理辦法和現場檢校流程卡及現場檢??蛻魸M意度調查表。為規范出檢證書和出檢統計,加強人力增加出檢登記錄入。對規范出檢流程,保證證書的及時,提高證書的及時率,同時開展客戶對我們現場檢校滿意度調查,解決了對現場檢校管理有時出現的失控問題。
3)、為加強和規范收費管理,對檢定收費實行專人管理和審核,修改完善了業務委托協議,規范了收費分類的鑒別依據,每月對檢定收費審核情況進行匯總,接受財務部對收費管理的監督,對發展部簽署的協議進行確認上報,起到監督作用。配合財務部做好產品質量監督抽查專項經費審計檢查工作。
4)、根據業務劃轉對所有程序文件和業務流程進行系統梳理,完成修改了七個程序文件,針對法治任務管理的不足和缺陷,制訂了六個管理辦法和制度,同時對職能進行界定,對人員進行職能分工,達到業務上的統一管理和規范管理。
5)、為方便用戶,提高效率,加強了人力,解決了力諾園區的業務受理和證書審核打印問題,并制訂了業務受理流程,業務受理工作順利開展,并隨著宣傳告知不斷擴大客戶群。
6)、根據工作需要和管理需求,針對我院現用的程序進行修改完善,先后派人到北京、江蘇進行學習考察和廣東院進行交流學習,并根據需求和借鑒的經驗集中對程序提出完善改進方案和合理化建議。在提出建議實行證書新系統的過渡和使用后,反復征求專業室對系統使用的意見反饋,及時形成反饋報告提交質管部,配合質管部解決系統出現的問題。為配合證書系統的順利使用,完成了系統對檢定項目的配置,為進一步保證檢校質量和證書質量,規范統計、管理、收費做好程序上的支持。
通過管理上的統一和改進,做到管理系統化、規范化、制度化的提高。
三、創新管理方法,加強業務管理
在我院形成的這種“大收發”,“大管理”,業務全覆蓋、統一管理的模式下,我們正在積極努力探索出一條管理方法,努力把我院業務管理納入科學化、高效化、規范化軌道,起到業務管理部門的作用。針對覆蓋的業務管理范圍,在原來管理的模式下,對新增加的職能和擴展的職能進行系統整合,思考創新管理方法,從思路上考慮擴展、全面;方法上考慮可行、得力;在執行過程中抓落實、管理抓到位,最后爭取取得良好的效果,達到管理有成效。
1、業務統計與分析是今年的新課題、新任務,我們在原有的基礎上擴大統計范圍,不斷思考、不斷探索。為此專人負責此項工作,通過摸索、積累和實踐,面對工作量大而繁瑣的數據,做到統計渠道正常、統計數據準確、統計內容全面、統計方法正確、統計結果有效;原因分析有據、措施改進得力,建議提高有效。根據院里要求專題匯報了統計分析及管理思路、上半年、前三季業務統計分析、“十一五”期間的業務統計,尤其是接到“十一五”統計部分匯編任務后,在時間緊、任務重的情況下,主任負責組成統計小組,制訂方案,精心安排、合理部署,在不影響正常工作的同時,利用業余時間加班加點,在預定的時間內,提前完成任務,專題匯報后得到院領導的一致肯定和認可,業務統計部分做好了經驗積累,奠定了基礎,為我院輝煌“十一五”的匯編工作起到了先行和推動作用。
2、針對工作性質和管理的要求,不定期的和計量處做好工作匯報和溝通,按時完成季報任務,根據省局要求和院里安排,完成5.20活動的方案制定和活動的組織實施、活動的總結上報以及活動的跟蹤落實和后續活動的系列總結工作。配合計量處召開熱量表質量分析會、做好熱量表監督抽查自查統計、標準考核自查、電能表監督檢查、定量包裝抽查、光化室國抽、質量月活動以及監督處下達的國抽電能表、壓力表復檢及監督抽查等工作,配合專業室派專人進行現場抽樣,圓滿完成抽樣任務,及時督促專業室按時完成任務并按時提交報告。
3、加強證書報告審核和管理,是今年尤其是整合后工作的重點,對證書報告管理實行專人負責,對證書報告進行分類歸檔、保存,并對原始記錄周期重新排列存檔,完成20__年原始記錄的歸存和證書的備份工作。按要求每月對證書報告終審合格率、及時率進行統計上報,及時掌握證書報告質量,使證書報告管理上檔次做了應盡的努力。
針對處里對型式評價報告和管理存在的問題反饋的意見匯總,及時報告分管領導,和處理及時交流溝通后,召開專題分析會,進行原因分析和改進建議。為加強環節把關,增加報告審核力度和監督環節,制定了型式評價管理辦法,修改流程,加強流程環節的審核并對處里的問題答復制定了嚴格規范審批流程。通過幾個月的嚴格要求和整頓,整改后效果良好,后期報告幾乎沒有意見反饋,得到了處里的認可,并根據要求完成了型式評價報告和委托檢驗報告的上傳任務。
4、針對型式評價、標準考核、檢定員培訓管理存在的問題,為提高型式評價、標準考核、檢定員培訓的質量,修改完善了標準考核管理辦法,并在征求專業室意見及建議的基礎上,對檢定員培訓考試,嚴格規范完善了檢定員培訓流程卡,從流程環節上保證培訓時間和質量;對自檢流程環節樣品的環節控制加以改進和完善,增加了任務單的流轉環節,保證樣品的流轉控制,確保自檢時間的控制和質量控制。為確保任務按期完成,對任務的延期審批進行嚴格控制,對型式評價、標準考核、檢定員培訓、自檢外檢任務的完成情況及時通報和考核。
5、組織專業室克服困難圓滿完成一年兩次的標準送檢;組織集中人員標準考核;完成計量處組織的檢定員考試;參加院組織的內審、管理評審以及實驗室資質認定、實驗室認可現場評審等活動,配合質管部圓滿完成審核任務。
6、為加強業務管理,提高工作效率,實現條碼管理系統,利用條碼系統完成業務受理和倉儲管理,通過近兩年對系統的多次研討、方案的修改、最后的調試和演示試運行,對運用過程中出現的問題進行反復改進,現已投入使用,并對使用中出現的問題有待完善和改進。條碼的使用將對業務管理起到高效、規范、準確、監督作用。
7、為配合及時回款,做好一年兩次的業務欠款統計和催款、回款統計,配合財務部、發展部做好催繳款項落實工作,為我院業務收入催繳工作做了大量的工作。
四、優化服務環境,提升服務能力,開展創先爭優、爭創“十佳文明窗口”活動
業務大廳是我院的服務窗口,承擔所有業務受理、實現我院業務統一管理目標的單位。如何完善優化服務環境,創新服務發展模式,提高服務能力和質量,開展爭先創優及爭創“十佳文明窗口”活動,從而提升服務推進業務統一管理,成為我們的重要任務和工作方向。
1、不斷創新服務舉措(兩地受理、代辦托運郵寄、中午值班),優化服務環境(堅持提前上班打掃衛生、中午值班清理衛生),打造一流窗口形象,在“創先爭優”活動中開展一系列評比活動(黨員承諾、明星評比、格言展示、演講比賽、技能比賽、交流學習),并接受創先爭優現場評比考核;充分發揮工作人員的主觀能動性和創新精神,進一步提升工作效率和服務質量。本著:你來辦事,我來服務,歡迎批評,請你監督這種服務理念,營造和諧氛圍。廣泛征求客戶意見和建議,開展滿意度調查,進一步改進提高。
2、利用排隊系統,解決環境秩序,提高辦事效率;利用條碼系統,提高受理效率、規范樣品管理;利用顯示屏幕,宣傳我院技術能力和服務;利用廣告機、電視機展示我院的技術裝備以及檢校進度;利用門禁系統規范實驗室管理;利用綜合查詢系統,對檢定、校準、委托檢驗、型式評價、標準考核、監督抽查等進行監督,并對所有業務進行綜合查詢和統計。
